This course is designed for delegates who have already completed the didactic component of Cosmetic Neurotoxin Level 1, or who hold equivalent foundational training, and who now require dedicated, supervised clinical practice. The full day is devoted entirely to hands-on training. There is no lecture component. The complimentary textbook and two months of post-course mentorship are reserved for the full in-person Cosmetic Neurotoxin Level 1 course.

Over eight hours of hands-on clinical training, you will participate in live instructor demonstrations, structured observation, and direct treatment of your own live patient models. Every delegate is assigned their own models; no models are shared. Delle Chiaie Cosmetic Medicine Academy provides all models and premium injectable products, so you arrive with nothing to source and leave having completed multiple full treatments under supervision.

The day includes dedicated time for product reconstitution and dosing mathematics. Under instructor guidance, you will reconstitute the neurotoxin yourself, calculate units per volume, and work through dosing calculations for each treatment area before you ever pick up a syringe. This ensures that every delegate leaves confident not only in technique, but in the pharmaceutical preparation and dose planning that underpin safe, reproducible outcomes.

During the hands-on session, you will work directly with live patient models using premium injectable products, with instructors coaching you step by step through assessment, mapping, and technique execution.
