DCCM™ Academy is a recognized educational institution for aesthetic medicine led by Dr. Tara Delle Chiaie, DNP, MSN, FNP-BC, APRN, ABAAHP, a board certified, licensed provider of aesthetic medicine. Dr. Tara has been practicing medical aesthetics for over 15 years and is recognized both nationally and internationally as an educator, speaker, Allergan national trainer, published medical author, key opinion leader for Candela, and MD Codes mentee.
During our educational programs, DCCM™ Academy offers models the opportunity to receive a variety of medical aesthetic treatments from licensed medical providers under the direct guidance of Dr. Tara Delle Chiaie and our team of experienced clinical faculty. Model opportunities only offered on specific dates and coincide with our educational programs. During every model call, we prioritize patient safety and professional education.
Model calls will either be held at our training academy in Hampton, New Hampshire, or at training facilities across the United States during one of our traveling training sessions. Please check the location advertised on the model call you would like to sign up for to ensure you are local.
By booking a model appointment, you agree to the following policies:
The model experience
- Check-in begins with photos. New photos are required on the day of treatment.
- Numbing (topical or injected) will be applied as needed based on the procedure.
- Consultation and treatment will be supervised by Dr. Tara Delle Chiaie, DNP, MSN, FNP-BC, APRN, ABAAHP and performed by licensed medical professionals in accordance with with the highest standards of patient safety and clinical education.
- Models may not choose their injector on model days.
Model Eligibility
- All models must:
- Be 21+ years old.
- Not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Avoid significant events such as weddings and travel, within 6 weeks post-treatment.
- Models may book one of each model type per calendar year (neurotoxin, dermal filler, lip filler, facial balancing). Additional bookings may result in forfeited injector fees should further treatment be contraindicated.
- Models in Hampton, NH must commit to a mandatory follow-up appointment held 2 weeks after their treatment date.
- Models unable to attend this follow-up appointment are ineligible to book the associated model call.
- Models for cosmetic neurotoxin model calls (Botox, Dysport, etc.) must commit to receiving all three of the following treatment areas: 11’s (between the brows), forehead, and crow’s feet.
- Filler models in Hampton, NH may not travel for 4 weeks post treatment. Filler models should avoid plane travel
- Providers may refuse or modify treatments if deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
- Models declining treatment cannot seek compensation; injector fees are forfeited and non-refundable.
- Policy violations may result in:
- Full retail cost of the service charged.
- Forfeiture of injector fees.
- Exclusion from future model opportunities.
Appointment Scheduling
- Model call appointments are not confirmed until payment has been made.
- Injector fees must be paid in full at booking using a credit card.
- Cash payments can be accepted in-person at the time of booking.
- Once booked, appointments cannot be canceled, rescheduled, or refunded.
- Final assessments for treatment eligibility will be made upon arrival as treatment specifics are based on the medical opinion of our experienced clinical team as well as the anatomical considerations and aesthetic goals of each individual model. Specific treatment areas, quantities, and details cannot be guaranteed. DCCM™ Academy reserves the right to refuse treatment.
- Model appointments may run behind schedule; additional time ensures quality care for all models.
- Models should not plan any important events on the day of their model call in case appointments run over – models who leave before their appointment will forfeit all model fees and be charged an additional $400 late cancellation/no-show fee.
- DCCM™ Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as needed – in such cases, models will be offered the opportunity to reschedule to the next available model call of that type, refunds will not be offered.
Follow-Up Appointments
- Follow-ups are mandatory and are scheduled two weeks post-treatment. Models must be available to attend their assigned in-person follow-up.
- Failure to attend follow-up:
- $100 follow-up late cancellation/no-show fee.
- $500 model call follow-up non-attendance fee.
- Full retail treatment cost charged.
- Ineligibility for future model calls.
- These fees add up to:
- Cosmetic Neurotoxin: $1860
- Dermal Filler: $3300
- Lip Filler: $1650
- Facial Balancing: cost depends on treatment received, max of $5000
Injector Fees
Injector fees by model type are outlined below. All model fees are a flat rate and cover a complete, medically appropriate treatment in line with the model’s unique anatomy and aesthetic goals. Treatment specifics are determined by the medical provider at the time of treatment, specific treatment areas or quantities cannot be guaranteed.
- Cosmetic Neurotoxin (Treatment of the 11s, Forehead, and Crow’s Feet): $299
- Mid-Facial Balancing (Treatment of the Cheeks): $499
- Lip Balancing (Treatment of the Lips): $399
- Lower-Facial Balancing (Treatment of the Chin, Jawline, or Smile Lines depending on eligibility): $499
Late Arrivals and cancellations
- Our students rely on our models for their education. For this reason, model appointments once booked are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please ensure your availability prior to booking as refunds cannot be offered.
- Should you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please contact us in writing by emailing info@dccmacademy.com during business hours. Failure to cancel your appointment may result in forfeiture of any paid model fees, additional no-show/ late cancellation fees, and/or ineligibility for all future model calls.
- Please double check your model call appointment date and time prior to arrival. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in:
- Canceled booking.
- Forfeiture of injector fees + an additional $100 late cancellation/no-show fee.
- Ineligibility for future model calls.
Professional Conduct and Medical Decision Policy
DCCM™ Academy maintains a respectful, safety focused learning and treatment environment for our students, staff, and models. All treatment decisions are made solely at the discretion of our licensed medical providers based on clinical judgment and patient safety standards. Specific treatments, areas, or outcomes cannot be guaranteed in advance, and providers may decline or modify treatment at any time if they believe it is not appropriate or in the model’s best interest.
We expect all models to communicate respectfully with our team. Disrespectful, threatening, rude, or abusive behavior towards staff, students, or providers will not be tolerated and will result in immediate cancellation of appointments, forfeiture of any paid model fees, refusal of treatment, and permanent removal from future model call eligibility.
Promotions and Referrals
- Model bookings are ineligible for:
- Promotions, sales, or package pricing.
- Referral discounts, gift cards, or rewards programs (Alle, Aspire).
Returned Checks and Insufficient Funds
- Unpaid balances incur a 20% charge every 30 days past due.
- Card on file may be charged for unpaid balances.
Medical Changes
- Notify us of any changes to your health or medical status at each appointment.
