What is DCCM Academy?
My name is Tara Delle Chiaie, MSN, FNP-BC, APRN, ABAAHP. I am Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive post-graduate certifications in cosmetic medicine. I am also double board-certified in anti-aging and functional medicine through the American Academy of Medical Esthetic Professionals and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. I am the founder and owner of Delle Chiaie Cosmetic Medicine and DCCM™ Academy in Hampton, NH. Standards regarding patient safety and academics must be redefined for entry into this booming field, and I am here to ensure this happens. I am an active member of the ANA-American Nurses Association, ISPAN – International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses, ANCC-American Nurses Credentialing Center, and AAMEP. I hold the title of International Key opinion leader for Candela Medical Corporation, speaking about my business brand and development in combination with their technology.
Candela recognized the value in my unique proprietary formulas for combination therapies with neuromodulators, filler, and laser technology, cultivating a beautiful partnership between like-minded individuals. I am also a National trainer for Allergan Medical Institute, continuing to move the needle on patient safety through further education.
My business started with one bottle of Botox and a dream over ten years ago. I am a mom to three boys, Quinn, Gavin, and Tristan. When I do not have my head in a medical journal, I enjoy paddleboard yoga on the beach and surfing with my kiddos.
I have traveled the world to seek learning opportunities to ensure that my patients have the best possible outcomes. Throughout these travels and training, I recognized a gap in the educational process for new injectors. This was an opportunity to help others grow while keeping patients safe. I am incredibly passionate about education for myself as well as for others. Currently, I am working towards earning the highest honor in academia, my Doctorate of Nursing Practice. I will travel to Switzerland in September to work with some of the world’s most revered cosmetic medical providers.
DCCM™ Academy is a different style of education, and not many academies are accredited. The accreditation process is arduous, but it is necessary to ensure consistent education with integrity backed by evidence-based practice. I invested a year of my time in accrediting my training to give value to the students while helping to uphold best practices and the safety of clients. Accreditation helps to strengthen the quality of education and ensure ease of transition from a class to practice.

My name is Tara and I am the owner of Delle Chiaie Cosmetic Medicine. I have been in medicine since 2002 as a Registered Nurse. In 2011 I graduated from the accelerated program at the University of New Hampshire (UNH) as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and immediately became nationally recognized through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. I grew up in the beauty industry and found it was a great union to blend beauty with medicine. I have an astute sense of safety, while my experience guides my practice to produce beautiful and natural results. My goal is to continually fine-tune the art of bringing one’s inner beauty to the surface.
