Our one-on-one sessions provide a focused clinical environment, ensuring that we cater specifically to your needs and goals. Unlike group settings, our private trainings allow for a tailored curriculum, covering advanced techniques in Cosmetic Neurotoxins, Dermal Fillers, and more. What makes our private trainings special is the flexibility to explore advanced and off-label treatment areas, a unique opportunity that is restricted in manufacturer-sponsored trainings. You’re also welcome to invite additional clinical staff to attend for a collaborative and supportive learning experience. Non clinical staff can also observe, gaining valuable insights into the world of medical aesthetics and leaving them better equipped to answer patient questions and work more closely with clinical providers.
General Overview
Private trainings at DCCM™ Academy are typically 4 hours, 10am-2pm. You can come to us in Hampton, NH (you will need a NH or compact state nursing license for this option) or Tara can travel to your practice. If you have your own practice or space, we would recommend Tara traveling to you. This way you can have the training where you will be practicing in the future and it makes it much easier to recruit your models locally. You will need to supply your own product and models for your private training.
Topics We Can Cover
We can cover advanced techniques in Cosmetic Neurotoxins, HA based Dermal Fillers, “Permanent” Fillers (such as Radiesse and Sculptra), Kybella, CoolScultping, Microneedling, PRP – Growth Factor Rejuvenation, Laser Rejuvenation, etc. or a combo of generally up to two of the above. An advantage to training with us, as opposed to a manufacturer sponsored training, is that we are able to cover “on-label” as well as “off-label” uses for dermal filler and cosmetic neurotoxin products during your training.
The Cost
The cost of a private training is $3,500 and you can add additional hours to the training for $750 per hour. Any travel in excess of 1 hour between DCCMTM Academy (1 Merrill Industrial Dr. Hampton, NH 03842) and the location of the training will be added to the total cost of your training at $75 per hour. For any travel in excess of 2 hours, the cost of a nightly hotel stay will also be added to the total cost.
🌟 A private training is perfect for you if…
- You possess your LPN/RN/NP/PA/MD/DO in the state of New Hampshire or another Nursing License Compact (NLC) state if applicable. You can check that here. If you do not have your license in New Hampshire, you can apply for a NH license by reciprocity on the state’s website. If you possess a license from a state in the NLC, you can submit that license, there is no need to apply for an NH license via reciprocity.
- You are already certified in cosmetic neurotoxin and dermal filler administration either through DCCM™ Academy or another accredited training program.
- You want to cover maybe a few different treatment areas or techniques.
- You want a 4 hour base training (4 models) with the opportunity to add extra hours for $750/hr
- You want the flexibility of Tara coming to your practice so you can train in your own space, with your own equipment, and with your own patients as models.
- You do not need product provided for you. You will need to purchase product from the manufacturer or from us at cost.
- You do not need models provided for you, you will need to provide your own models.
- You do not need CME credit.

Dr. Tara Delle Chiaie, DNP, MSN, FNP-BC, APRN, ABAAHP
Tara is the owner of Delle Chiaie Cosmetic Medicine and Delle Chiaie Concierge Medicine as well as the founder and principal instructor of DCCM™ Academy, an ever-expanding training school for the next generation of aesthetic injectors. She has been in medicine since 2002, spending 18 years in the ER before becoming an APRN and Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner nationally recognized through the ANCC. She currently holds her Doctor of Nursing Practice and her MSN. She continually researches cutting-edge cosmetic technologies to improve the future of safe nursing practice.
Tara grew up in the beauty industry and sought to combine her passion for patient health and safety with the confidence and artistry of cosmetic medicine. Her focus is on bringing patients’ inner beauty to the surface by preserving and enhancing their natural features. In this field, there is no one-size-fits-all. Understanding the intricacies of individual patients’ underlying anatomy is crucial to producing balanced and consistent results as well as building trust between patient and injector.
She is an active member of the ANA-American Nurses Association, ISPAN-International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses, ANCC-American Nurses Credentialing Center, AAMEP-American Academy of Medical Esthetic Professionals, and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. She holds well over 100 additional certifications in advanced aesthetic training and travels the world to learn new techniques, improve her skills, and stay up to date in the ever-advancing aesthetics industry.
