Take advantage of our years of experience in the industry as both injectors and business owners and fast track your success!

Training, marketing, branding, legal, insurance, customer service, EHRs, technology; we’ve been through it all! Learn from our successes and our mistakes as you hone skills both in medicine and business.

NO gatekeeping here!

Residency payments will be due once per month for the following 30 day period. Payments must be made on time. Any overdue payments will result in membership cancellation and a $500 early termination fee.

🌟 A Residency is perfect for you if…

  • You possess your LPN/RN/NP/PA/MD/DO in the state of New Hampshire or another Nursing License Compact (NLC) state if applicable. You can check that here. If you do not have your license in New Hampshire, you can apply for a NH license by reciprocity on the state’s website. If you possess a license from a state in the NLC, you can submit that license, there is no need to apply for an NH license via reciprocity.
  • You are already certified in cosmetic neurotoxin and dermal filler administration either through DCCM™ Academy or another accredited training program.
  • You want more observational experience in assessments, treatments, and the behind the scenes of how a successful Medical Aesthetics Practice functions.
  • You want a bit of hands-on clinical experience to cement your observational education.
  • You think you would be better served by continuing education as opposed to a one off training.
  • You are in an intermediate period while you look for a job in aesthetics or you are employed and looking to learn from outside your cohort.
  • You have follow-up questions about a training you attended with us or another institution.
  • You have questions about medical aesthetics as a field or patient related questions in general.
  • You have questions about legal or business development matters.
  • You want the opportunity to network and build a relationship with us!
  • You do not need CME credit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a nursing license to be considered for DCCM™ Academy programs like Mentorships, Fellowships, and Residencies?

Yes! You will need a nursing license (LPN, RN, NP, APRN) in the state of New Hampshire or a Nursing License Compact state. As long as you hold a license in one NLC state you do not need to apply for a license to practice in any other NLC state. New Hampshire is a NLC state. Massachusetts is not an NLC state. To check if your state is a compact state, click this link:

What are some commonly observed treatments during observation days?

DCCM™ Academy Residents will see a range of cosmetic treatments including cosmetic neurotoxin (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin), cheek fillers, lip fillers, chin fillers, jawline fillers, kybella, hyperdilute Radiesse, lasers (frax, CO2, etc.), profound skin tightening, growth factor rejuvenation, and more!

How do I schedule my phone calls and shadow days?

Shadow days are available on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:30am – 4:30pm. Mentorship phone calls are available on most weekdays. DCCM™ Academy has partnered with Calendly to give you access to observation days availability as well as online booking. You can use the link in the curriculum once you enroll to book your shadow days. If you do not see any availability or cannot make any of the available dates, please contact so we can find a slot that will work for you!

What is the minimum commitment for Residency?

Residencies have a 6 month minimum commitment. This is to ensure you have enough opportunities to build a relationship with our providers and get the most out of this opportunity. We want to be able to follow your journey and ensure you have enough available sessions to followup with any questions you may have.

Residency payments will be due once per month for the following 30 day period. Payments must be made on time. Any overdue payments will result in membership cancellation and a $500 early termination fee.

Do unused observation days and/or phone calls roll over?

Unfortunately, observation days and phone calls cannot roll over. We block time in our schedule so that we can meet with each of you and give you the time you deserve to answer all of your questions thoroughly.

How long before my scheduled meeting do I have to reschedule?

If you need to reschedule your scheduled observation days or phone calls we ask that you give us as much notice as possible by phone or by email so that we have time to offer your spot to another student.

📈 Why Aesthetic Medicine?

Making a difference in the lives of our patients is a desire we all share as medical professionals but long hours, inflexible schedules, insufficient compensation, and dealing with …ugh… insurance makes fulfilling that goal all the more difficult in today’s medical environment. Amidst the challenges of traditional healthcare, Medical Aesthetics promises better work-life balance, limitless salary potential, and the joys of patient care while allowing practitioners to build a reputation and business of their own. At DCCM™ Academy, we champion your journey to becoming an independent aesthetic injector, offering comprehensive training without gatekeeping and gimmicks, ensuring your success regardless of your prior experience.

Let’s talk numbers. We know aesthetics training is an investment and we want to show you just how much investing in yourself and your training at DCCM™ Academy can pay off perhaps sooner than you think! If we extrapolate annual gross income for injectors focusing on cosmetic neurotoxin treatments, we can see that achieving 20 clients per week can yield a gross income exceeding $300,000 annually! This thriving multibillion-dollar industry, driven by an ever increasing demand for aesthetic treatments, presents unparalleled opportunities for new injectors to enter the field. However, this growth comes with new and increasing levels of provider responsibility for malpractice, necessitating that providers continue to further their education and remain aware of the latest developments in the industry. DCCM™ Academy addresses this by providing the highest standard of provider education, constantly updating our course material to help our students become well-equipped to navigate the evolving landscape responsibly.

In Aesthetic Medicine, success is not just about financial gains but also about patient safety and outcomes. The industry’s exponential growth has outpaced safety protocols, necessitating a deeper commitment to education. DCCM™ Academy fills this gap with comprehensive trainings and a dedication to continuing education, empowering our students to exceed their clients’ expectations and forge lasting relationships built on trust all while protecting their community by enforcing the highest standards in patient safety.

Join us, discover the DCCM™ Difference, and let’s shape a successful and fulfilling career together in this vibrant and ever-expanding industry.
