The DCCM™ Residency Program is our most comprehensive offering, developed for licensed healthcare medical professionals who want full clinical immersion, direct mentorship, and the operational infrastructure required to practice safely and confidently.

The Residency Program includes everything offered within the Mentorship and Fellowship Programs, plus a complete Medical Aesthetic Compliance Package, two private hands on training sessions, and preferred pricing on additional educational resources. The result is a single program that supports clinical skill, business readiness, and regulatory coverage at the same time.

What is Included each Month

• Two in person shadow days at DCCM™
  Spend dedicated time alongside Dr. Tara and the clinical team observing consultations, treatment planning, and advanced injection techniques in real time.
• Live clinical insight and discussion
  Ask questions, review cases, and deepen your understanding of anatomy, technique, and clinical decision making as treatments unfold. Fifteen minutes are reserved at the close of each day to debrief on the cases observed or on cases from your own practice.
• Ongoing mentorship access
  Continued guidance from Dr. Tara across clinical, business, and practice development questions as they arise throughout the six month term.

Two Private Hands-On Training Sessions (Included)
Delegates in the Residency Program receive two private hands on training sessions at no additional cost, a value included exclusively at this level.

Each session is built around a treatment area or technique of your selection. Bring your own model and any necessary product, and receive direct, one on one guided instruction from Dr. Tara. These sessions are designed to support skill progression in a controlled, supportive environment, allowing you to apply what you are learning with immediate feedback.

Your first private session may be scheduled after completing three months of the program. The second may be scheduled after completing all six months.

• This is a six month commitment billed as a monthly subscription
• Includes two scheduled shadow days per month
